We take pride in the quality of Maxey Cosmetics products and believe you should be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return your order if not completely satisfied, within 90 days of purchasing for a 100% refund*, less original shipping and handling costs. Your refund will be credited back to the credit card used for your purchase. For 100% money-back within 90 days, please mail the product and original packaging to Maxey Cosmetics along with your reason for return to process your refund.

Lanterna purchases:
You may return your Lanterna order, for any reason, within 30 days of purchasing for a complete refund, less shipping & handling costs, that will be credited back to the credit card used for your purchase. For 100% money-back within 30 days, please mail the product and original packaging to Maxey Cosmetics for us to process your refund.

• Buyer’s full name
• Reason for returning the product

*For online orders only. If purchased from a salon, please contact the salon directly for return policies.

2. Ship product

3. Refund will be processed!

We do monitor the number of returns; replacement orders made by customers. Continued returns in breach of our terms of use will be flagged and may, at our discretion, lead to the closure of your Maxey Cosmetics account, denial of refund, and future orders being refused

Please note: we will refund your money within 30 days of receiving the returned product. The product should be in its original package. Please attached the original purchase invoice or receipt to the product being returned.
