We take pride in the quality of Maxey Cosmetics products and believe you should be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return your order for any reason, within 90 days of purchasing for a 100% refund, less original shipping & handling costs, that will be credited back to the credit card used for your purchase. For 100% money-back within 90 days, please mail the product and original packaging to Maxey Cosmetics for us to process your refund.

Lanterna purchases:
You may return your Lanterna order, for any reason, within 30 days of purchasing for a complete refund, less shipping & handling costs, that will be credited back to the credit card used for your purchase. For 100% money-back within 30 days, please mail the product and original packaging to Maxey Cosmetics for us to process your refund.

Return Instructions:

1. Email us
Please send an e-mail to info@maxeylash.com with the following information:
• Buyer’s full name
• Reason for returning the product
• The date and place of purchase (if purchased in a salon or spa)

2. Ship product
