Online orders are shipped via USPS (in the U.S.). You will be notified via email when your products are shipped and will be able to track the status of your shipment from the tracking number provided. The shipping charge will default to the lowest cost option, but you may select another, faster shipping method if desired.

All in-stock orders received by 1 PM EST Monday – Friday, will be processed the same day. Orders received after 1 PM EST, or those placed on Saturday and Sunday and Holidays will be processed the following business day.

RETURN POLICY – 90 DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE*

MaxeyLash and MaxeyBrow purchases:

We take pride in the quality of Maxey Cosmetics products and believe you should be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return your order if not completely satisfied, within 90 days of purchasing for a 100% refund*, less original shipping & handling costs.  Your refund will be credited back to the credit card used for your purchase. For 100% money-back within 90 days, please mail the product and original packaging to Maxey Cosmetics along with your reason for return to process your refund. 

*For online orders only. If purchased from a salon, please contact the salon directly for return policies.

Lanterna purchases:

You may return your Lanterna order, for any reason, within 30 days of purchasing for a complete refund, less shipping & handling costs, that will be credited back to the credit card used for your purchase. For 100% money-back within 30 days, please mail the product and original packaging to Maxey Cosmetics for us to process your refund.

Return Instructions:

  • Buyer’s full name
  • Reason for returning the product
  • The date and place of purchase (if purchased in a salon or spa)

2. Ship product (or return directly to salon where purchased)

3. Refund will be processed! 

Please note: we will refund your money within 30 days of receiving the returned product. The product should be in its original package. Please attached the original purchase invoice or receipt to the product being returned.

Repeated Returns

We do monitor the number of returns & replacement orders made by customers. Continued returns in breach of our terms of use will be flagged and may, at our discretion, lead to the closure of your Maxey Cosmetics account, denial of refund, and future orders being refused

Replacement Orders

Replacement orders are initiated under specific circumstances, such as product defects or missing items are typically sent using USPS.  In the case of defective products, it is required to request a replacement within our 90 day product promise. 

Customers seeking replacements for defective items must provide their request with photographs of the defective products. If the replacement is approved you will be sent a return label, once your return has been received your replacement will be shipped.
